TechAbout - Separation
REASONS THE COMPANY WILL EXCLUDE/FOR INVOLUNTARY SEPARATION:
- Politics/Rumbling:
- We have a strict policy about politics inside the office. If you are found engaging in politics/rumbling, you will be terminated immediately.
- Corruption in financial matters (occupation-related) or Stealing code:
- Corruption can easily destroy any structure. We are strictly against corruption. If there is ever an accusation against you regarding corruption, you must undergo a procedure:
- The Authority will form a committee to investigate the incident. The investigation will be thorough, and every fact will be checked. If you are proven guilty, you will be terminated immediately.
- If you are proven guilty, you will not be issued any salary.
- Corruption can easily destroy any structure. We are strictly against corruption. If there is ever an accusation against you regarding corruption, you must undergo a procedure:
- Unethical activities (physical or mental harassment to other male/female employees):
- Harassment is considered the lowest part of any person’s behavior. Our company has a zero-tolerance policy against any kind of harassment. If you are proven guilty of harassment, the Authority will have no choice but to FIRE you.
- You will not be issued any salary.
IF PERFORMANCE IS NOT UP TO THE MARK:
- The authority will first give you a verbal warning.
- After 1 month, the authority will review your performance and give you another 1-month period to improve, accompanied by a written warning.
- If these warnings do not lead to improvement, the authority may ask you to leave for the betterment of both parties.
IF EMPLOYEES VIOLATE PRESENT RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- The authority will first give you a verbal warning.
- After 1 month, the authority will review your compliance and give you another 1-month period to adhere to the rules, accompanied by a written warning.
- If these warnings are ineffective, the authority may ask you to leave for the betterment of both parties.
IF EMPLOYEES VIOLATE/DISAGREE WITH TEAM LEAD/DEPARTMENT HEAD RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
Our company believes in teamwork. Every team has a team leader. While your opinion is valuable, the final decision will be made by the team leader. If you violate or disagree with the team leader's rules and instructions, you will undergo the following procedures:
- The authority will first give you a verbal warning and discuss the issue with you and the head/lead. Both parties will be heard to resolve the issue.
- After 1 month, the authority will review your attitude and discuss it with the head/lead again.
- If these warnings are ineffective, the authority may ask you to leave.
WHEN TERMINATION IS INITIATED BY THE EMPLOYEE
- If you decide to leave TechAbout within 1 year of the permanent period, you must provide a 60-day (2 months) notice.
- You will receive a full bonus if any festival occurs during this time.
- If you leave within 1 year without providing notice, you must refund your last 2 months’ salary to the company, or legal action may be taken against you.
- If you decide to leave after 1 year of the permanent period, you must provide a 60-day (2 months) notice.
- You will receive a full bonus if any festival occurs during this time.
- If you fail to provide notice, you must refund your last 2 months’ salary to TechAbout, or legal action may be taken. However, you will still receive a festival bonus.
- If you have any unfinished projects, you must complete them or provide proper resources before leaving. The new member filling your position will need these resources to continue the work. Failure to do so may result in legal action.
- If you decide to leave after 1 year of the permanent period, you must provide a 60-day (2 months) notice.
FOR CONTRACTUAL & PART-TIME EMPLOYEES
- If your working duration at TechAbout is less than 2 years, you must provide a 2-month notice before leaving the job. Whether you receive any facilities and bonuses depends on the clauses of your agreement with TechAbout.
- If your working duration at TechAbout is more than 1 year, you must renew your contract with the company. The festival bonus will be renewed according to the agreement clause between you and the company.
