Congratulations! If you are reading this, it means you are officially part of the TechAbout family. Welcome to the family!

Let’s go through the rules and regulations for the permanent period.

SALARY

Your salary will be revised. If the salary was predefined, we will provide the exact amount as promised.

INCREMENT CYCLE

Increment is an important part of professional life as it rewards your hard work. We have two increment cycles every year. YES, TWO!!!

We believe in transparency. Increment is solely based on your performance. If you achieve the minimum points in your evaluation, you will be eligible for the increment.

If you do not meet the minimum points, don’t worry. You will still receive your increment in the next cycle for sure.

We encourage you to do your BEST and aim to earn increments twice a year.

INCREMENT ELIGIBILITY

We have set regulations for increments. If you join in the middle of any increment cycle and it has been within 4 months of your joining, you will not be eligible for that cycle.

The good news is that you will be eligible for the next increment cycle.

LEAVES

In your first year of joining, you will be entitled to medical leaves and half of the casual leaves.

Details about the leave policy are described below in the leave section.

BUSINESS CARD

After completing the probation period, you will receive your business card immediately.

You will also receive a newly renewed official ID card. However, you must return your trainee/intern card to the HR department to obtain the renewed one.
