CONVENTIONS OF TAKING LEAVE (EXCLUDING SUPPORT TEAM)
These rules are applicable for all leaves except sick leaves:
- To apply for a 1-day leave, you have to apply 2 days earlier. If the application is approved by the team leader and then by HR, your leave will be granted; otherwise, it will not be approved.
- If you need to leave for more than one day, you have to apply 7 days earlier. If the application is approved by your team leader and HR, your leave will be granted; otherwise, it will not be approved.
- Emergencies can occur anytime. If you need an emergency leave, you must contact the in-charge person on that day. They will assess your reason for the leave. If they decide that you can get the leave, you will be given permission for emergency leave. If the in-charge person does not grant the leave, it will be counted as unauthorized leave.
- For all unauthorized leaves, 1.5 days of basic salary will be deducted and calculated based on number of working days.
- If you need an annual leave, you have to apply 3 months earlier. If the application is approved by the team leader/supervisor, your leave will be granted; otherwise, it will not be approved.
- Medical emergencies are unavoidable and unfortunate. If you are on medical leave for more than 2 days, you must inform us by submitting medical documents. Otherwise, these leaves will be counted as unauthorized leave.
- Last but not least, after any official vacation, you cannot take leave on the first day back. If an emergency occurs, you need to attend the first day and then apply for the leave.
SUPPORT TEAM LEAVE CONVENTION
Our customers are our TOP priority. Support is an extremely important aspect of our business, and we provide 24/7 support for our customers. If you are part of the support team, we rely on you for our customer happiness. Therefore, the conventions of taking leave are different for the support team.
These rules are applicable for all leaves except medical leaves:
- The support team will enjoy one Eid vacation, and the Eid on which they will get the vacation will be determined by the team lead.
- To apply for a 1-day leave, you have to apply 3 days earlier. If the application is approved by the team leader and HR, your leave will be granted; otherwise, it will not be approved.
- To apply for more than 1-day leave, you have to apply 10 days earlier. If the application is approved by your supervisor, your leave will be granted; otherwise, it will not be approved.
- If you need emergency leave, you must contact the in-charge person on that day. If the in-charge person does not grant the leave, it will be counted as unauthorized leave.
