TechAbout - Performance Appraisal
Performance is the most crucial part of any employee’s job life. But what do we want? Is doing your regular work sincerely enough to be considered a good performer? Not really!
We believe that we are a family, and there are many criteria to establish yourself as a good performer. So, you need to be very clear about the TechAbout evaluation process from the beginning.
We will now give you a brief insight into our evaluation process.
Evaluation Process:
- It is a continuous process. Every employee will receive a performance-based progress report from their supervisor/team leader every month.
(If you have any objections, your supervisor can review the performance report and address the issue in the presence of a nominated person.) - We believe 6 months is a good time for performance appraisal. Therefore, we conduct our performance appraisals twice every year;
- One in January and another in July.
- To calculate the half-yearly increment, your monthly performance points will be averaged.
Note:
If you join in the middle of an evaluation cycle within 4 months of your joining, you will not be eligible for that final evaluation cycle. However, the monthly evaluation process will still apply to you.
