TechAbout - Leave
Family is the most important part of any person’s life. We are not like any other company that will pressurize you to take fewer leaves than you deserve. Rather, we encourage you to take your well-deserved leaves and spend time with your family.
Because we know, you will feel more rejuvenated after these leaves, which is beneficial for the company. So it is a win-win situation for both sides.
Below is a list of leaves you can take or are allocated after completing one year of full-time permanent period in the company.
The company will offer:
- After 1 year of the permanent period
| Types of leave | Duration | | Casual leave | 5 days | | Sick leave | 5 days | | Maternity leave | 3 months (paid) |
- After 5 year of the permanent period
| Types of leave | Duration | | Casual leave | 10 days | | Sick leave | 5 days | | Annual leave | 5 days | | Maternity leave | 3 months (paid) | | Paternity leave | 5 days | | Wedding leave | 5 days |
EARNED LEAVE
After 1 year of the permanent period, we believe that you are eligible to achieve “earned leave”. We hope it provides you a sense of inspiration. If you don’t take all of your casual or/and annual leaves that are listed in the book, then you can happily encash the untaken leaves.
Note: Sick, Maternity, Paternity, and Wedding leave will not be included in the encash system.
EARNED LEAVE ENCASH CALCULATION:
Encash amount = ( Gross Salary / 30 ) * Total amount of untaken leave(s)
SANDWICH LEAVE
There is a type of leave called Sandwich leave, which is not granted here.
If you take a leave from Wednesday to Monday, your leave will count as 6 days, not only 4.
(In sandwich leaves, your holiday will count as leave! So, we highly encourage not to take leave like that)
DIRECTORS LEAVE
There is another type of leave called “Directors leave”. If you need to leave but it is not listed above, then your leave category will be “Directors leave”.
Directors reserve 5 days in their accounts to grant leaves to anyone.
