TechAbout - Probation Period

DURATION & DISCONTINUITY

Upon joining TechAbout, you will undergo a probation period. This is mandatory for all employees to ensure fairness and assess performance. The probation period will last a maximum of 3 months and a minimum of 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Your performance during this period will determine your standing with the company. If your performance meets our standards, you will quickly gain the favor of the authorities. However, if your performance is not satisfactory, the authority will have no choice but to terminate your employment, with a 2 weeks’ notice given beforehand. Rest assured, we will provide all the necessary support to help you become a permanent employee.

You also have the option to resign during the probation period, provided you give a 2 weeks’ notice.

During the probation period, you will not be entitled to benefits such as medical coverage, provident fund (which is deducted from your salary), and others.

LEAVES

During the probation period, you will only be entitled to medical leaves, with a maximum duration of 3 days (within a 3-month period) or 2 days (within a 2-month period). This policy is intended to demonstrate your dedication to your work. Any additional leave taken beyond these limits will be counted as leave without pay.

BONUS

Bonuses are intended to encourage hard work. However, during the probation period, your motivation should come from the desire to prove yourself to the company rather than from bonuses. Consequently, no bonuses will be awarded during this period. Instead, use this time to earn a position where the company will consider you for bonuses. Once you become a permanent employee, you will be eligible for all bonus benefits offered by the company.

IDENTITY CARD

An identity card signifies your membership with TechAbout. You will receive an ID card corresponding to your position in the company, marked with the Trainee/Intern designation. You will not receive a personal visiting card until you become a permanent employee.

If your performance is not satisfactory, and you are let go, you must return your ID card to the authorities.

EVALUATION PROCESS

The evaluation process during the probation period is crucial for determining your future with TechAbout. Your performance will be assessed based on your work quality, punctuality, ability to meet deadlines, teamwork, and overall conduct. Regular feedback sessions will be conducted to help you understand areas of improvement and strengths.
