TechAbout - Gratuity

Only full-time employees will be eligible for gratuity.
If your permanent employment exceeds 5 years at TechAbout, you will be entitled to gratuity rights.
You will receive gratuity equivalent to your office years, calculated as 50% of your gross salary.
- For example: If the current salary of an employee with 5 years of service is 'A', then they will receive (A * 5) = amount of gratuity.
In the case of involuntary separation or if you quit your job, your working year will be reset to the date of rejoining the job.
If you are a part-time or contractual employee, you will not be entitled to gratuity, regardless of your years of service.
Your time as a trainee or intern will not be counted as part of your working years.
If a part-time or contractual employee starts working as a full-time employee, their part-time or contractual time will not be counted as part of their working years.
