TechAbout - Code of Conducts
- Any freelancing or part-time job without the written permission of the authority is strictly prohibited. We strongly discourage such activities.
- Maintaining the privacy of company secrets is a hallmark of professionalism. It is requested that you do not share any company privacy with others, even after leaving the job.
If you perform any of the following activities, the company will take strict action against you:
- Theft, fraud, or damage to the company’s property is strictly prohibited, and strong actions will be taken if you are found guilty.
- Money embezzlement or accepting any kind of bribe or facilities using the name of TechAbout.
- Damage to any information or documents of TechAbout.
- Disrupting the positive environment of TechAbout.
- You must log your entry and exit times in the machine whenever you leave the office during working hours.
- Headphones for music are allowed at all times (yes, we love music too!), but loudspeakers are not acceptable. Enjoy music without disturbing anyone.
- Personal calls are allowed, but ensure they do not disturb others. Management will not tolerate misuse of this facility. The maximum duration for personal calls is 15 to 20 minutes. Employees are not allowed to consume productive time on personal phone calls.
- Keep your cell/mobile phones on vibration mode. We don’t want everyone to hear your ringtones, as some employees prefer to work in silence.
- Lunch and prayer times should not exceed one hour.
