TechAbout - Provident Fund

Provident Fund is the right of all deserving employees. It gives you extra 5% of salary each month plus a sense of growth and accumulation of funds in undesired events.

  • Only full-time employees will be eligible for the provident fund.
  • If you are a part-time, contractual, intern, or trainee employee, you will not be included in the Provident Fund.
  • 10% of your salary and 5% by the office, a total of 15% will be added to your provident fund every month.
  • After 4 years have passed, if you are exempted or discharged from the job, you will receive the full amount of the provident fund.
  • In the case of involuntary or voluntary separation from the job before the completion of 4 years, you will receive only 5% of your provident fund.
    Unfortunately, you will not receive the 5% contribution from the company or the additional 5% of your salary.
  • If you rejoin TechAbout after involuntary or voluntary separation, your working years will reset to the date of rejoining the job.
